Intercontinental Mercantile Exchange (IMEX) Elects Johnny Grant to Its Board

London, United Kingdom, May 31, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The Board of Directors of Intercontinental Mercantile Exchange announced today that the company's shareholders have elected Johnny Grant to serve on its Board of Directors. Concurrent with Mr. Grant’s election, the Board was expanded from 9 to 10 directors.

Mr. Grant is currently Senior Advisor at Alexa Munnich & Co. Since joining the firm in 1976, he has held various management positions in research, investment banking, capital markets and fixed income. Most recently, he was Managing Director and Vice Chairman, Investment Banking.
