Las Vegas Law Student Receives Top Honors

Las Vegas, NV, May 31, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Joshua P. Gilmore, a recent graduate of the William S. Boyd School of Law and law clerk at the firm of Bailey Kennedy, was recently given one of the highest honors of the year, the James E. Rogers Outstanding Scholastic Achievement Award. Gilmore received the award based on his academic performance, course selection, class discussions and forthcoming publication in the Nevada Law Journal. He is projected to receive his Juris Doctorate (JD) degree next month.

Gilmore, a Las Vegas native, graduated with honors from the Meadows School in 2002. He received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in both Mathematics and Psychology from Tulane University in 2006 with a cum laude designation. Pending the certification of his JD, he is projected to graduate summa cum laude from the Boyd School of Law.
