San Francisco, CA, June 03, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Robert Price has joined YapStone, Inc., as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for all of YapStone’s financial reporting, accounting, planning, and human resources functions. Mr. Price is a highly accomplished C-level executive with significant operating and financial management expertise. Mr. Price has more than 30 years of hands-on experience driving the growth and profitability of public, private, high-growth, turnaround, and start-up companies in e-commerce and high-tech industries.
Prior to joining YapStone, Mr. Price was Chief Financial Officer of TheLadders.com, an internet job search and posting site for $100K+ jobs and $100K+ talent. Mr. Price has also been President and Chief Financial Officer of Buy.com, an internet retailer; Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of PairGain Technologies, a NASDAQ traded telecommunications equipment manufacturer; Vice President, Finance & Controller of Triconex Corporation, a Nasdaq traded manufacturer of fault-tolerant control systems. Prior to Triconex, Mr. Price has had various executive positions at both private and public companies. In addition, Mr. Price spent 10 years in public accounting as both an auditor and tax consultant.
Mr. Price holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, CA.
