Wendy Losper will be able to enjoy business ownership and the flexibility to schedule her own hours – while helping small businesses succeed.
Las Vegas, NV, June 04, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Wendy Losper decided to join Brad Sugars’ ActionCOACH franchise as this would allow her to build her own business – with access to the company’s vast network of over 1000 Business Coaches coupled with incredible franchisor support.
“ActionCOACH allowed me to move out of the corporate environment to build my own independent business –while at the same time, retaining the teamwork and support aspects necessary for ensuring the ultimate success of a business start up,” she said.
Losper is confident about building the ActionCOACH brand in South Africa and will be operating from Ekurhuleni, South East Gauteng region.
“I viewed the purchase of the franchise as an investment with great growth potential over a seven-year timeframe,” she said. “The fact that ActionCOACH is so new in South Africa is also very exciting for me, as I see myself entering at the beginning of the business’ growth cycle.”
Losper is excited about starting her own business using the principles and concepts of ActionCOACH to help business owners improve their results. ActionCOACH met her criteria as she was looking to create her own business.
“I was looking to do something different from the corporate environment in which I had been involved for 19 years,” she said. “The possibility of owning my own business, being able to exceed my clients’ expectations and being of value to them really appealed to me.”
Losper had an eventful corporate career.
Nineteen years ago, she qualified as a microbiologist and joined a global manufacturer of specialty chemicals as a Technical Services Specialist. Four years later, she moved to technical sales and became an Account Manager –focusing on the provision of chemical solutions to the water treatment and leather manufacturing industries.
In 2006, her focus moved to solely servicing the leather industry where she was Regional Sales Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa. Most recently, in 2008 she qualified with an MBA from the Wits Business School.
“My biggest accomplishments were my promotion to Regional Sales Manager and recognition as a member of the executive planning team for the organization based in Africa,” she said.
Most of Losper’s past career was oriented around the concepts of customer satisfaction and problem resolution –aimed at creating life-time value for the customer.
“The customer relationship skills developed over the years will be beneficial in providing me with the confidence to talk to business owners in a way that will identify their key needs and find a viable solution,” she said. “These satisfied clients will help add more value to the ActionCOACH brand.”
