In his previous roles, Haddon was involved in delivering dramatic reductions in both the number of open issues for his applications, and the average time taken to resolve these issues, while also introducing a number of effective cost-saving measures. In addition to this, he led the department’s successful recruitment drive to bring in new people and talent.
