Rev-A-Shelf, LLC and Peter Meier Inc, LLC today announced that the companies have signed an agreement under which Rev-A-Shelf, LLC will acquire privately held Lazy Daisy®, a division of Peter Meier Inc, LLC. Lazy Daisy® is a complete line of lazy susans and storage accessories for cabinetry. Terms of the transaction include the Lazy Daisy® product category and all products, tooling, patents and trademarks from Peter Meier Inc, LLC who will continue selling its remaining product offerings.

Rev-A-Shelf, LLC and Peter Meier Inc, LLC today announced that the companies have signed an agreement under which Rev-A-Shelf, LLC will acquire privately held Lazy Daisy®, a division of Peter Meier Inc, LLC.
Lazy Daisy® is a complete line of lazy susans and storage accessories for cabinetry. Terms of the transaction include the Lazy Daisy® product category and all products, tooling, patents and trademarks from Peter Meier Inc, LLC who will continue selling its remaining product offerings.
