Novus Origo Welcomes Olen Pepple as Senior Vice President of Operations
Novus Origo names Olen Pepple as Senior Vice President of Operations responsible for operations across all Novus Origo service lines consisting of Project Management, Outsourcing Consulting, and Relationship Management.
San Diego, CA, June 08, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Novus Origo, LLC has announced today that Olen Pepple has been named as Senior Vice President of Operations responsible for operations across all Novus Origo service lines consisting of Project Management, Outsourcing Consulting, and Vendor Relationship Management. As the SVP of Operations, Olen will exercise management responsibility over company operations; supporting service delivery, government relations, business development, and administrative services.
Olen most recently served as Director of Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) and Financial Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) for Accenture Business Processing Outsourcing Services (ABPOS), a full service HR and Financial outsourcing company. Olen was responsible for the successful implementation of many of ABPOS’s largest, complex, global clients. He was also responsible for the customization and integration of Accenture’s operational BPO model into the ABPOS service line offerings. Prior to ABPOS, Olen has spent over 15 years in leadership roles with several major firms including; Phelps Dodge, and Hewitt Associates. He has built a strong foundation in the areas of; Strategic Planning, Operations Management, Governance and Relationship Management, Change Management, and Technology Implementation, partnering with many Government Organizations and Fortune 500 companies including; Goldman Sachs, Caterpillar, United States Navy, Omaha Public Power District, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Sears, Roebuck and Co.
