About Sara Turner

Sara Turner, JD, CPA, is a Tax Research Specialist for the National Association of Tax Professionals. Turner serves members through contributing to the NATP educational offerings and publications, as well as responding to research inquiries. She also is an association resource for media interviews.

Prior to joining NATP, Turner was employed as Counsel at Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, Appleton, WI, and she also worked as a tax consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Milwaukee, WI.

Turner earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, WI, majoring in accounting. Additionally, she received her Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School. Turner is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar.
