Exhibit Resources Receives Silver National ADDY Award for Burt’s Bees Sustainable Exhibit

Raleigh, NC, June 11, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Lana Calloway, president of Exhibit Resources (www.exhibitresources.com), has announced that the agency has been recognized by the American Advertising Federation (AAF) at the national level for a sustainable trade show exhibit they created for Burt’s Bees, a manufacturer in natural personal care and leader in the corporate world on sustainability issues. Exhibit Resources received a silver ADDY Award at the AAF National Conference on June 6 in Washington, D.C. The agency previously received two Gold ADDY Awards at the local and regional levels for this particular display.

For the “Burt’s Bees Green Exhibit,” Exhibit Resources designed a replica of Burt’s Bees’ founder Burt Shavitz’s house using renewable and recyclable materials, including carpet made out of recycled nylon, bamboo surfaces, LED lighting, PureBond® formaldehyde-free plywood and recyclable laminates. The exhibit told the story of Burt’s Bees’ origin in the home of its founder and did so without compromising the company’s core sustainability values.
