STAR ECO Station Announces Its 3rd Annual Creepy Crawly Creature Feature
Come join the STAR ECO Station for the third annual Creepy Crawly Creature Feature. A fun filled weekend for the whole family.

It’s the 3rd Annual Creepy Crawly Creature Feature, a wild adventure into the world of bugs and spiders at the STAR ECO Station wildlife rescue center.
Enjoy a weekend entomology expo for kids, with hundreds of bug, spider and butterfly species, outrageous edible insects, scientists and specialists, plus vendors, crafts, games and food. The event is perfect for turning bug fears into fascination, and a cool way for bug lovers to learn which bugs are dangerous, which bugs are friendly, and which bugs make great pets!

STAR ECO Station is a non-profit 18,000 sq-ft environmental education and wildlife rescue center, designed by Hollywood set designers to transport visitors to a tropical jungle setting! Through a partnership with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, STAR ECO Station rescues and houses "at-risk" and endangered exotic wildlife. Visitors study ecology and environmentalism on a wild and fun encounter with rescued tropical birds, exotic reptiles, wildcats, ocean life and 15 educational displays, including the Santa Monica BayKeeper’s walk-thru Kelp Forest display. With a mission of Conservation Through Education, STAR ECO Station is dedicated to creating a new generation of environmentalists committed to protecting the Earth’s resources. The STAR ECO Station is open to the public on weekends for hands-on eco-educational tours. Admission is $6 for children, $7 for seniors, and $8 for adults. The STAR ECO Station hosts a variety of special events throughout the year, including community events, workshops, conferences and birthday parties.
