International Mortgage Solutions, Spain’s premier independent mortgage broker for Spanish mortgages has announced the launch of their new process and packaging service.
Malaga, Spain, August 16, 2006 --(PR.com)-- IMS has long been recognised as one of the market leaders for advice on Spanish Mortgages. As an improvement to their advice offering, IMS have launched a new process and packaging service for mortgage brokers and estate agents in both Spain and the UK.
Graham Tennant, Director of IMS, explains how the company saw this service as an obvious move for the business given their strengths with lenders and their experience of the Spanish mortgage market.
“UK mortgage brokers in particular have for many years used a handful of UK based companies to recommend and arrange mortgages for their clients in Spain. The new IMS service has been developed to improve access for their clients to a much wider range of products than has previously been available with a company that has the experience to deliver.
