The Carlisle Group Heats It Up in Hot Springs, Arkansas
Irving, TX, June 14, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The National Park Medical Center believes in providing a wide range of medical services for Hot Springs, Arkansas and the surrounding counties. Now, less than a month after signing an agreement with The Carlisle Group, National Park Medical Center will continue to provide quality healthcare for the region with the new addition of internist Dr. John Demicco.
Dr. Demicco had been passively looking for a new direction in his internal medicine career after seeing the population of his native home of Savannah, Georgia expand over 14% over seven years. Not two days after profiling National Park Medical’s needs, Dr. Demicco responded to an e-mail procurement piece about the opportunity that explained the details of the opportunity. The proximity of four lakes and the features of the community appealed to him immediately.
Less than a week later, Dr. Demicco met with National Park Medical’s Director of Physician Programs Richard Grisso and exceeded his expectations. “The Carlisle Group was able to reach candidates quickly and match our parameters,” said Grisso, explaining the efficiency of TCG’s procurement strategy. “Bottom line, it’s effective.”
TCG Search Manager John Collmer attributes some of the effectiveness of the placement on Grisso’s attitude towards his administrative duties. “Grisso’s assertiveness and eagerness to fill the position with a qualified physician helped make the process run smoothly,” says Collmer. “We hit the ground running to initialize this search, and the results speak for themselves.” The Carlisle Group anticipates bringing the same efficiency and effectiveness for National Park Medical Center’s future physician recruiting needs.
