Jinan, China, June 17, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Labthink introduces new PERME OX2/230 Oxygen Transmission Rate Test System. It is applicable in oxygen transmission rate tests for plastic film, laminated film, and flat sheet materials, as well as the finished package made from plastic, rubber, paper, glass, metal and other materials in pure oxygen or air. It is master-satellite module design: 1 master base can support 9 satellite modules, 30 different samples can be tested together. This test system complies with ASTM D3985, ASTM F2622, ASTM F1307, ASTM F1927, ISO 15105-2, JIS K7126-B, GB/T 19789 and YBB 00082003, etc.

Patent configuration design of 3 chambers, easy to mount the samples;
3 samples could be different. 3 independent testing cells can give 3 results respectively, and can be connected together to enlarge the testing area for higher barrier materials;
1 master base can support 9 satellite modules, 30 different samples can be tested together;
Master base and satellite modules have same testing functions;
Two testing functions for flat film, sheets and finished packages;
Built-in temperature and humidity controllers, humidity of two sides of specimen can be modified;
Temperature and humidity of package testing can be controlled;
Equipped with Barometric Pressure Compensation;
Equipped with RS232;
Sophisticated powerful software, multiple testing modes, one-button operation, high automatic;
Proportional, non-proportional, cycle, manual and many other testing modes;
