Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® Hosts Appraisal Luncheon Event
Raleigh, NC, June 18, 2009 --(PR.com)-- John Wood, president of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® (RRAR) (www.rrar.com), has announced that the Association will host a lunch and informational session sponsored by the RRAR Government Affairs Committee featuring local appraisers and a local lender on Thursday, June 18 at 11:30 a.m. at One Eleven Place located at 111 Realtors Way in Cary. This will provide an opportunity for RRAR members to learn how new regulations are changing the way appraisers perform their appraisals. Lenders will also discuss their guidelines and how that affects RRAR members and their clients. Lunch will be available at 11:30 a.m. and the presentations begin at noon.
