KM Properties Receives Commendation for Oqood Registration

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, June 20, 2009 --(PR.com)-- KM Properties has completed registration of all properties sold in all of its projects as well as the customer data as a requirement of Dubai Land Department’s program called Oqood, an online off-plan registration system which allows a uniform registration of contracts for all off plan property transactions.

All real estate companies in Dubai promoting and selling off-plan properties are to acquire the new Oqood software and strictly use it in all property transactions. Training was provided by Emirates Real Estate Solutions (ERES).
