Atomic Pop Art Entertainment Lowers the Cover Price of The Supremacy Issue 2 Down to $1.99

Giving back to the comic community by making the second issue of this issue of The Supremacy by making it more accessible price wise to more people and more comic stores.

Fort Smith, AR, June 21, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Atomic Pop Art Entertainment proudly announces today that issue two of The Supremacy comic book series will be sold with a cover price of $1.99 USD. The original price was set at $3.99 USD, which is the common standard going rate for comic books presently. Tracy Duty, the President and Publisher of APA, said “The sales for issue one were way above expected expectations. We jumped in the deep end of the pool head first when we were soliciting for issue one and when we got back the orders we were more than happy. Most of the retailers that pre-ordered the first issue sold out in a matter of a few days. In fact, Graham Cracker Comics out of Illinois sold out of their pre-orders in just a few hours and was back on the phone making re-orders the following week. I'll be honest we were very surprised with the response for a small press and unknown property to do so well. Everyone involved was ready for the hard road ahead and the long haul.”

Atomic Pop Art Entertainment says they are more than aware of the harsh financial times most of us are in right now and they want to give back to the comic book community as best as possible. This is why they are setting the cover price for the second issue so low. A cover price of $1.99 USD is virtually unheard of in todays market. Just because of the low price tag don't expect the quality to be lowered. APA President Tracy Duty says, “We publish and produce all our comics with the highest level of quality.” Atomic Pop Art Entertainment is very excited about this change of price and hopes that everyone else will get excited about this too. “Consider this a huge thank you for giving issue one such a warm welcome and we hope you will enjoy the second issue.” says President of Atomic Pop Art Entertainment, Tracy Duty. Hard Way Studios CEO Chris Carpenter says “We would like to thank all of you that have supported this series so far and we hope you like the second issue as much as you did the first issue.” The future is looking bright for this new comic company in such a dim time. Look for issue two of The Supremacy in comic stores August 2009. Issue one is available now but the remainder of the print run is going fast.
