Maite Eceiza Named Director of Guest Relations at Rocky Top Hospitality

Raleigh, NC, June 20, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality, (www.rockytophospitality.com) has announced that Maite Eceiza has been named director of guest relations. In this position, Eceiza will oversee the strategic development of training programs, coaching and mentoring for upper level management to enhance guest service. She will also contribute to the catering and event planning service for events at the catering company and catering facility. Eceiza has more than eight years of experience with Rocky Top Hospitality, most recently serving as the director of operations. She is a member of the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE) and currently serves on the board.
