Cheltenham, United Kingdom, June 20, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Archant Life France launches the next French Property Exhibition, to be held at Olympia, London, 11-13 September 2009.
Following on from May’s successful exhibition at the Yorkshire Event Centre in Harrogate, Archant Life France is pleased to announce the next French Property Exhibition, to be held at Olympia, London, 11-13 September 2009.
Despite the challenging economic climate, there was a distinctly positive feeling among visitors to the Harrogate show, proving there is still a great deal of interest in buying a property in France. Editor of French Property News, Karen Tait comments: "Many French properties have come down in price significantly over recent months, more than outweighing any exchange rate difficulties – there are some real bargains out there for anyone househunting in France at the moment. And as the pound starts to rally against the euro, French property can only represent even better value. Canny buyers are also taking advantage of low rates for French mortgages and are much more clued up with regards to getting the best currency deals these days. The French property exhibitions are the ideal place for anyone looking for a property across the Channel, whether at the research stage or ready to book an exciting viewing trip."
The exhibition will bring together estate agents based both in France and the UK as well as a host of experts able to deliver quality advice on French law, finance and building matters. The French property exhibitions have been running for 20 years, so the organisers have a wealth of experience to rely on to ensure yet another quality show.
Exhibitions organiser David Storrar says: "We are very much looking forward to welcoming exhibitors, new and old, to London in September, and expect to yet again provide a quality audience for them. As the leading UK publisher in the Francophile market, we have unrivalled platforms, both in print and online, to reach active purchasers of French property."
What Harrogate exhibitors said:
Richard Khoury, Richard Immobilier: "We have had strong enquiries this weekend".
Mr Appleyard, Britannia Movers, said attending the show was "a great way to do business and a fantastic opportunity to meet new clients."
Jamie Lesinski, Currencies Direct: "The show was very useful for gauging sentiment in the market, all boxes were ticked and we are looking forward to the Olympia Show with relish."
