New Shuttle Technical Support Certification program teaches tips, tricks, and insider advice to computer technicians who wish to become Shuttle “experts.”

The training and certification program is uniquely designed to expand upon the professional knowledge of computer technicians and add value to their technical-level skill set. It’s designed to teach the skills needed to become an expert in performing troubleshooting and repair of both Shuttle barebones and systems, such as the Shuttle XPC models. Instruction will emphasize identifying and resolving common issues, and utilizing proven Shuttle service and support practices to effectively repair Shuttle hardware.
