Attorney Charles Capetanakis Honored by Xaverian High School

Garden City, NY, June 21, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Charles Capetanakis, partner at Davidoff Malito & Hutcher LLP was inducted into Xaverian High School's "Bernard McQuillan Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame" at their 2009 President's Gala on June 12th. Mr. Capetanankis was one of ten Honorees at the Gala which benefited the Bernard McQuillan Scholarship Fund.

Mr. Capetanakis specializes his legal practice in the areas of Banking, Civil and White Collar Criminal Litigation, Real Estate, Securities and Trusts and Estates law. He has tried cases in Federal and State Courts and before numerous arbitration panels. Mr. Capetanakis was the lead Applicant and Founder and is the present Chairman of the Hellenic Classical Charter School, Brooklyn, NY [HCCS]. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
