IRC Recruitment Executive Board Conference in Singapore
IRC Recruitment, Global Alliance of Executive Search Firms, Successfully Held Its Executive Board Conference in Singapore.
Prague, Czech Republic, June 25, 2009 --(PR.com)-- IRC Recruitment Executive Board held its meeting on 1st and 2nd June in Singapore. Last Board meeting was held in February in Paris, France.
The Board was represented by the President Mr. Mathias Friedrichs (Friedrichs & Partner, IRC Recruitment Germany), Mr. Jan Holmström (Search & Selection – S&S Consulting, IRC Recruitment Finland), Mr. Pankaj Dutt (Pantheon Advisory, IRC Recruitment India) and Ms. Sylvia MacArthur (Madison MacArthur, IRC Recruitment Canada).
Discussions on global expansion, enhanced regional cooperation, global account development and next IRC Recruitment annual conference planned for 7th – 9th October in San Diego (USA) were some of the key issues discussed during the meeting.
Continuing its global expansion strategy, IRC Recruitment has recently introduced 4 new member firms in key markets around the world: Active Human Capital Group in the United Kingdom, HR Consulting in Ukraine, The Executive Network in Canada – West and The Insight Group representing IRC Recruitment in Australia are new addition to IRC Recruitment’s global alliance.
The outcome of the various Regional Meetings was also evaluated by the Board in order to align the regional activities with IRC Recruitment’s international strategies. The Regional Leaders appointed for various regions are: Mr. Stig Bredved (IRC Recruitment Denmark) for the Nordic Region, Mr. Hamilton Teixeira (IRC Recruitment Brazil) for Latin America, Ms. Suzanne Fairlie (IRC Recruitment USA – Philadelphia) for North America, Ms. Iwona Szybka (IRC Recruitment Poland) for Eastern Europe and Ms. Jaime Lladó (IRC Recruitment Spain) for Western & Southern Europe. Regional Leaders will have the opportunity to gather during the annual meeting in order to align their strategies and planned actions.
Practice groups were also discussed to bring consultants with similar expertise or same sector affinity together under a global group. Board plans to further this initiative during upcoming annual conference in San Diego. As of now board has identified 7 practice groups around which all IRC Recruitment consultants would be aligned in near future.
