IRC Recruitment Held Its European Regional Meeting in Prague
IRC Recruitment, Global Alliance of Executive Search Firms, Successfully Held Its European Regional Meeting in Prague.
Prague, Czech Republic, June 25, 2009 --(PR.com)-- IRC Recruitment, a leading global alliance of executive search firms held its European Regional Meeting on 14th and 15th May in Prague, Czech Republic. Regional Meetings are part of the global strategy of IRC Recruitment to enhance regional cooperation. Key factors for the regional structure of IRC Recruitment are Regional Leaders who supervise and co-ordinate all regional activities this providing support to the executive board of the global alliance.
Since 2008, IRC Recruitment has been growing significantly in size; cross-border assignments increased by an unprecedented 138% in 2008. These facts encouraged the alliance to create a Regional Leader based structure to enhance teamwork and cooperation among members.
At the beginning of the European Regional Meeting in Prague, IRC Recruitment welcomed two new member firms: from the U.K. (Active Human Capital Group – IRC Recruitment UK) and from Ukraine (HR Consulting – IRC Recruitment Ukraine)
Under the headline of: “Developing business trough internal IRC Recruitment cooperation”: activities were done related to the key potential economic sectors. Further sessions included developing business with international clients and cross border assignments; reviewing different strategies to face the present economic situation, implementation of the common rules and standards and finally developing bilateral cooperation plans among all participants.
At the end of the 2 days meeting the European Regional Meeting participants confirmed Ms. Iwona Szybka from IRC Recruitment Poland and Jaime Lladó from IRC Recruitment Spain as the Regional Leaders for a new period until the next European Meeting in spring 2010.
