1705Prime Steakhouse Hosts Wine Dinner Series
Raleigh, NC, June 25, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality, (www.rockytophospitality.com) has announced that 1705Prime Chophouse and Events will host a wine dinner as part of their 1705Prime Wine Dinner Series. 1705Prime’s Chef Paul Schaffer and Rocky Top Hospitality’s partner, the Wine Merchant work with local wine agents to cultivate a five-course pairing of great cuisine and wine. The event will take place Thursday, June 25 with a cocktail reception at 7 p.m. and dinner beginning at 7:30 p.m. The wine being featured will be Charles Smith Wines. Charles Smith Wines are known for being full of flavor, balanced, and true to their place of origin.
