Amoskeag Business Incubator Receives Patrick Jackson Award

Nashua, NH, July 01, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The Amoskeag Business Incubator (abi) has been named the recipient of the 2009 Patrick Jackson Award presented by The Yankee Chapter Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). The award was co-presented by past PRSA presidents, Jennifer English and Kevin Smith, at the organization’s annual meeting held at the Red River Theatre in Concord in June. The award recognizes an individual or organization that demonstrates exemplary use of public relations, and the presenters noted that the abi is most worthy of this honor.

According to abi board member David Bellman, “I nominated the abi because for the past twelve years the organization has been all about creating numerous relationships to better businesses. Given the current economic climate, I thought it was more important than ever to nominate and recognize an organization that enhances economic development in our state.” Julie Gustafson, abi president, graciously accepted the award and recognized staff members Michele Petersen and Jennifer Bush for their contributions in the agencies’ public relations efforts.
