Gambit Adds Support for JUNOS Simulation

MIMIC® JUNOS Simulator extends a real world lab environment by creating a virtual network of Juniper Routers and Switches. It enables a thorough testing and a hands-on learning experience without needing to buy expensive equipment. They can interact with Juniper gear just like real devices using SNMP or JUNOS®.

With the introduction of more powerful networking equipment and capital budget shrinking, simulation offers significant benefits to enterprises and service providers, including the reduced operating costs and greater flexibility in testing. MIMIC JUNOS simulator works with Juniper and other vendor's management applications which use SNMP and/or JUNOS. It ships with a ready-to-go library of devices, including many Juniper devices.
