Revitalization Brings New Housing to Historic Downtown Overland Park

Regions Development Company LLC announced today that it will host the grand opening Thursday, June 25 on a $5.3 million, 22-unit infill townhome development bordered by 78th Street on the north, Conser Street on the east and Newton Street on the west.

The homes, include four different floor plans ranging from 980 to 2,300 square feet.

Every home will offer an enclosed garage and either a private courtyard or a terrace.

Buckley Court prices will range from the $130,000s to the $290,000s and include exterior maintenance. All homes at Buckley Court have received the Energy Star® Certification for their energy efficient construction. Energy saving features include 2 x 6 exterior wall construction, double pane low-e windows, and heat pumps for heating and air conditioning.
