BOLT Bridge + Fujitsu = One button Laserfiche Scanning

Working with the advanced features incorporated in select Fujitsu scanners BOLT Bridge offers Laserfiche users fast and simple one button distributed scanning. Frequently scanned forms and documents can now be scanned, named, indexed, and routed directly into Laserfiche with as little as one mouse click or one press of a button on the scanner control panel.

The BOLT Bridge connector software functions by allowing Laserfiche users to define and save document profiles containing information about document routing, naming, indexing, etc. At scan time the user simply selects the desired profile at the scanner control panel. The document is scanned and released into the Laserfiche repository in real time using the routing, naming, and indexing defined in the profile. The profiles can be set for fully automatic operation or they can be configured to an advanced mode to prompt the user for information on-the-fly if required.
