MMA Applications LLC Release Three Mixed Martial Arts iPhone Apps
Dallas, TX, June 29, 2009 --(PR.com)-- MMA Applications and Vulkan Fight Wear announce the release of the highly anticipated applications in the MMA Grappling (NoGi) series.
The first three in the series - “Lite”, “The Guard” and “Guard Flow” are available in the Apple App Store beginning today.

We are teaching individual moves as well as teaching flows and strategy. It will enable users to be successful when they train or fight.”
The applications deliver core instruction from “The Guard” position including Submissions, Escapes, Sweeps and Flows.

Ricardo Castro and Matheus Costa, both Brazilians, instruct in these three Apps. Ricardo Castro is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under the legendary Carlos Machado and also is a black belt in Judo. Matheus Costa is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Ryan Gracie.
