Business Grassroots Campaign to Ask the Treasury for Answers

Denver, CO, July 05, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Business owners are frustrated with their inability to obtain financing from banks, despite substantial bailouts from the Treasury Department. In the name of transparency, a grassroots effort is helping business owners express their frustrations and ask questions of the Obama Administration and Treasury Department.

The ASK Campaign gives business owners who have been denied financing from the banks an outlet where they can ask questions, share their feelings, get answers to their financing questions and make a unified statement to the Obama Administration.

“Business owners feel like they are getting the short end of the stick. Banks are getting government bailouts so that they can provide financing to business owners, but the money is not getting to the business owners,” says Scott Jordan, Founding Principal at All Credit Lending Solutions. Jordan is organizing an effort to bring these business owners’ voices to Washington in hopes of stimulating business financing. “When business owners receive the financing that they need and deserve, they will be able to create more jobs and help reenergize the economy,” says Jordan. He continues, “We hope that businesses will take this opportunity to get noticed by the [Obama] Administration so that we can bring about some real change and get this economy back on its feet.”
