Clippz Sideloads White House Videos to Mobiles and Media Players
New web channel allows users worldwide to watch the President on any mobile device free of charge.
Bridgend, United Kingdom, July 07, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Today, Clippz is launching a mobile video channel on it’s website Clippz.com, devoted to videos from the Obama Administration. Users anywhere in the world can now watch White House videos whenever they want, wherever they want and on any mobile device, all at zero cost.
Clippz.com allows users to download videos to their PC in one of many different mobile formats. These videos can then be transferred (or sideloaded) to any mobile device using a USB cable or Bluetooth, allowing the user to watch the video at their convenience and completely bypassing mobile networks in the process.
Clippz CEO, Philip John said, “People don’t always want to watch videos when they are sitting in front of a PC. Sometimes it’s more convenient to download the video and transfer it to an iPod, a Blackberry or other mobile device and watch it when and where you want. Clippz has applied its Mobile Video Platform (MVP) to the videos generated by The White House since the President took office. Users can now download these videos for more than 500 different mobile devices, all free of charge.

We simply extend the technique to all mobile devices and allow people to get videos without using their mobile carrier and running up a huge bill.”
