Leadership Courseware Announces Resale Partnership with EthicsGame

EthicsGame founder and CEO, Catharyn A. Baird, J.D. has leveraged her years of academic research and study to create a unique set of learning products that are ideally suited to helping people at all levels of the work environment to understand their ethical biases, how they influence behavior, and how they can be used to achieve effective and ethical outcomes.

Leadership Courseware is a marketing and sales company focused on bringing to market best-in-class leadership, management, and professional learning products and services to help the corporate world to achieve their learning objectives more efficiently and effectively.

Among the products that will be sold through Leadership Courseware are the Ethics Lens Profile, an online assessment that allows individuals to understand their own ethical view of the world; and Ethics in Action, a series of online simulations that provide an understanding of the ethical foundations and present a framework for making ethical decisions.
