NBA Summer League Kick-Off Event to be Held at Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas at Hard Rock Hotel
Friday, July 10, 2009, Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas is hosting the NBA Summer League Pep Rally Kick-Off event with Jerome "Junkyard Dog" Williams. Partners Include, NBA Cares and The Center at UNLV Gear-UP.
Las Vegas, NV, July 09, 2009 --(PR.com)-- This Friday, July 10, 2009, Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas at Hard Rock Hotel, in conjunction with NBA Cares and The Center at UNLV Gear-UP Program, will host NBA Summer League Kick-off event, featuring an appearance by former NBA player, Jerome “Junkyard Dog” Williams. During the NBA pep rally-style event,in front of the Iconic Guitar, Williams will meet with fans and children from around Las Vegas Valley. The event will bring awareness to William’s JYD Project that utilizes professional athletes’ influences to motivate youth to excel academically as well as The Center for Academic Enrichment and Outreach.
