This exciting new venture is the 1st Annual CarProperty.com Garage Tour Event during Monterey Car Week 2009 presented by CarProperty.com. It will be one of the many events during Monterey Car Week such as the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance; Rolex Monterey Historic Vintage Races; La Dolce Vita Automobili at Black Horse; RM Auction; Russo & Steele Auction; Concorso Italiano; the Quail Motor Gathering; Bonhams & Butterfields Auction; Gooding Auction and so much more.

The Garage Tour Event itself is going to be featuring 10 exclusive car properties in the Monterey area. This means an up close and personal look at some of the greatest Car Properties in one of the most beautiful places on earth. It is definitely a little boys dream come true (and a full grown boys dream too), exploring some of the most unique car property homes in the area. The elite houses showcased in this tour will be a balance between homes with large garages and others will be decorated masterpieces that define car collecting at its finest.

CarProperty.com will be launching Twilight Tours for its 1st Annual Garage Tours Event. Twilight Tours will be taking place Wednesday August 12th and Thursday the 13th between 3 and 8pm. CarProperty.com will also be having tours on Saturday August 15th from 10am-3pm. There will be two types of admission; there is the General Admission Tickets which allows for access to all 10 exclusive houses with a flat price of $40 per person. Then there is the very elite VIP Tickets which run at $300 per person. With a VIP ticket guests will be able to take this tour from the comfort and luxury of a limo.
