iPRADCO Donates High 5 Evaluations to Help Prior Offenders Gain Self-sufficiency

iPRADCO releases High 5 Evaluations designed to help job seekers standout and employers find the right candidate. iPRADCO has donated this product to Breaking the Cycle to assist ex-offenders transition back into the workforce.

Chagrin Falls, OH, July 11, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The team at iPRADCO has developed three assessment indexes, competency, leadership and emotional intelligence that identify an individual’s five highest strengths on a behaviorally based index. The generated report provides a job candidate with a way to stand out and a potential employer with an objective view of an individual’s competency. iPRADCO is donating these assessments to Breaking The Cycle, Inc. (BTC), a nonprofit dedicated to helping ex-offenders get a second chance.

Breaking the Cycle assists prior offenders in the transition from incarceration to self-sufficiency. Dr. Terry Owen, CEO of iPradco, said he chose to help BTC by providing free assessments to participants in the program because “everyone deserves a second chance. The iPradco assessment will highlight strengths and hopefully give those that might have been overlooked without it an opportunity to create a better life.”

This donation is extremely timely considering Breaking The Cycle is hosting a job fair on August 20, 2009. The job fair will present ex-offenders with an opportunity to meet prospective employers and showcase their strengths. Mike Jones, CEO of Breaking the Cycle appreciates the generosity of Pradco. Mr. Jones, an ex-offender himself, understands the barriers to a successful transition. He encourages the community to participate in this event because it is a much better use of resources to assist these individuals build a new life than support them in prison.
