IBFD Announces the Appointment of Sam Van Der Feltz as Its New Executive Chairman

Amsterdam, Netherlands, July 13, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD) is pleased to announce the appointment of Sam van der Feltz as its new Chairman of the Executive Board. Van der Feltz succeeds Willem Falter, who has been IBFD’s Chief Executive Officer since October 2003, retiring after 5 and a half year in this position. A new Executive Board includes Victor van Kommer, Knowledge Centre Director, and Maarten Goudsmit, Publishing Director.

Holder of a master’s degree in Law as well as a graduate from Harvard Business School (AMP), Van der Feltz is a business leader with 30 years of experience of working cross-culturally in a variety of geographies.

His former appointments include:
• President, Global Marketing EMI Music - London
• Member of the Executive Committee, Taylor Nelson Sofres plc - London
• Chief Executive Officer, IgloMora Group and Board member of Unilever Netherlands - Rotterdam
