However, it was quickly realized that finding a contractor was only part of their solution. Paying for modifications along with medical equipment and supplies not covered by insurance was also important. With limited or lack of insurance coverage many individuals were concerned with preserving their financial assets from spend down rules and the loss of income following disability or injury.
