Lake Wylie, SC Charity Home Tour to Benefit Clover Area Assistance Center
The Good Samaritan House Home Tour is slated for Sept./Oct. 2009 in the Catawba Crest subdivision of Lake Wylie, SC. The tour will benefit Clover Area Assistance Center (CAAC). The home's builder is Curt Sieck, owner of Jeff Carey Homes, LLC. The home will be staged by Joan Inglis, owner of Lake Wylie Home Staging. Mary Sieck, Realtor with Century 21 Palmetto Homes, will market the home for sale.
Charlotte, NC, July 12, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Much of the Good Samaritan House is being constructed with donated labor and materials – the value of which will be donated to Clover Area Assistance Center upon the sale of the home.
The main focus of the project is to draw attention to Clover Area Assistance Center, its function in the community, and the many needs of area residents that CAAC fulfills.
Clover Area Assistance Center (CAAC) is a nonprofit, collaborative agency established to respond effectively and compassionately to needy individuals residing primarily within the boundaries of the Clover, SC Area School District. Urgent needs are met directly with food, financial assistance, health services, and special needs items, and thorough advocacy and referrals to other organizations. CAAC's preventative programs work to increase self-sufficiency.
Joan Inglis, owner of Lake Wylie Home Staging, will be staging the home. All tour proceeds will benefit Clover Area Assistance Center.
