Austin, TX, August 26, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Happy Mailman, LP today announced the opening of its first exclusive dog daycare and boarding facility in Austin, TX. Happy Mailman offers cage-less dog daycare encouraging open, social interaction for dogs that have a non-aggressive, preferably friendly, disposition.
