Announcing New College & University Network

The College World Reporter Student Roundtable is for students who want to shape the future by their actions.

Little Rock, AR, July 15, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The College World Reporter (CWR) Student Roundtable is an exclusive group of college and university students who want to make positive changes on the future through their actions. Those selected will have the opportunity to network and exchange information and ideas with students from other colleges, and to learn from leaders in business and government. In addition to being a student advisory board for The College World Reporter, the CWR Student Roundtable is more importantly a think tank that provides members with unique opportunities for growth and development.

The roundtable will function like a company, with officers and committees, and the mission of the roundtable will be defined by its members, with oversight from the CWR. Membership is limited to 25 students, and only one student per campus, to allow participation by more colleges and universities.

The company says its intent is to provide members with real-world experience in working with corporate executives from major corporations, and leaders from government agencies, to develop leadership ability, project management skills, problem-solving skills, and teamwork, in finding solutions to business and social problems, and to learn by working on projects initiated by the roundtable members, or opportunities presented to them by corporate sponsors.

Students who would like the opportunity to apply what they are learning, and who want to help shape the future, are urged to contact The College World Reporter at CWRRoundtable@CWRMagOnline.com for more information. Students who would like to apply for membership while memberships are still available, may submit an application online to be considered for membership at http://tinyurl.com/CWRRoundtable.

The College World Reporter is also looking for corporate partners and sponsors, and any corporation, business entity, or government agency interested in working with the CWR Student Roundtable should contact The College World Reporter at CWRRoundtable@CWRMagOnline.com.
