Three Directors Named at Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLP
Erbin Ramirez, Erick Wendelken and Mark Fenaughty have been promoted from senior managers to directors at the accounting firm
Miami, FL, July 15, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLP (MBAF), Florida’s largest independent public accounting firm, proudly announces that Erbin Ramirez, Erick Wendelken and Mark Fenaughty were promoted to directors. Ramirez, Wendelken and Fenaughty were all previously senior managers.

Ramirez has accounting experience over a wide range of industries, including healthcare, securities, retail and telecommunications. Practicing public accounting since 2000, he earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Florida International University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and is a Florida International University - School of Accounting Affinity member.
Wendelken’s area of expertise is services for real estate investors and developers, and he has worked with foreign owners of United States real property, as well as handled real property like-kind exchanges. Wendelken earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida International University, as well as a master’s degree in taxation from the University of Miami. He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Fenaughty has more than 22 years of experience providing extensive services in tax preparation, accounting, tax planning, tax research, tax examinations and business consulting to a wide range of companies in various industries with an emphasis on automotive dealerships and oil and gas companies. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida, as well as a master’s degree in taxation from the Florida International University. He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Additionally, he serves as the audit, finance and compliance committee chair and board of directors vice chair for Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Miami.
