Automated Valet Creates Custom Valet System for Luxury Condominium
Automated Valet recently installed its AVPM valet system at One Miami, a residential condominium with valet and self parking operated by US Parking of Miami.

The site is equipped with several AVPM features that make the entry and exit process go quickly. Bluetooth scanners recognize VIN numbers to identify residents’ cars. The scanning process of vehicles by IP Cameras to record preexisting damages takes a couple seconds and valet customers are served quickly and accurately.
The site also offers self park services, usually negotiated on a monthly basis. Self park customers receive a garage entry pass conveniently created by the AVPM system and use the same garage entry as valet parked vehicles.

Another option that helps the facility maintain speed and accuracy of service is the email request option. Residents can send an advance email to request their vehicles. This gives the valets time to ready the vehicle before the guest arrives at the curb.

The system tracks monthly parkers, billing, ticket inventory, and validations. In addition to rapid processing and the safety provided by Garage Access Control and Face ID, the site is also equipped with an AVPM Operation Board that tracks and monitors all cars, keys and employees. The Operation Board provides real time reporting of the status of each car whether it is parked or en route and prevents the confusion caused by lost keys and vehicles.
