ArtFire Gives Away $100 Shopping Sprees to Winners of Facebook Contest
ArtFire to give away more than $300 dollars.
Tucson, AZ, July 16, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Due to the recent success of their June Facebook Contest, ArtFire is holding another Facebook-only giveaway for the month of July on their fan page. This contest has rules very similar to June’s competition, and will award three contestants $100 shopping sprees to spend on any handmade items listed for sale on ArtFire.com.
To enter in July’s contest, users must first have a blog that they manage or publish. Using this blog, they can write a review of any studio on ArtFire other than their own (although contestants don’t need to be an ArtFire member to win the contest). Then contestants post a link to their blog entry on the ArtFire fan page. The user whose post receives the most Facebook “likes” will win a $100 shopping spree on ArtFire, and ArtFire will randomly award one of the members who “likes” the post to win a $100 shopping spree as well. On top of that, ArtFire will also randomly select one poster to win a $100 shopping spree regardless of likes, so that every user who enters will have a chance of winning.
“This contest was designed not only to get more people interested in buying handmade, but also to help out sellers in our community,” said John Jacobs, Founder of ArtFire.com. “By holding this giveaway, we’re helping to get people shopping while rewarding our artisans with sales for their storefronts.”
The ArtFire Facebook fan page contest is going on right now and will last until July 31st at 11:59 pm EST, at which time the winners will be announced. More information about this contest can be found on ArtFire’s Facebook page.
