Federal Appraisal Names New Wind Energy Valuation Coordinator
Whitehouse Station, NJ, July 17, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Federal Appraisal and Consulting LLC, a national business and real estate appraisal and advisory services firm specializing in power and utilities, announced today the promotion of Wendi Bohdan to the newly created position of Wind Energy Valuation Coordinator. As Wind Energy Valuation Coordinator, Ms. Bohdan will serve as the company’s lead contact with the wind energy development, financing and management community. Now, the renewable energy community will have easy access to world class valuation expertise through a single source, anywhere in the country. This newly created position reflects Federal Appraisal’s ongoing commitment to leadership in the field of renewable energy valuation.
Ms. Bohdan holds a BS from Kean University in Business Administration and an MBA in Finance from Pace University: Lubin School of Business, NY. Ms. Bohdan stated: “Now, whether the assets involved include business intangibles, real property or personal property, and whether the issues are feasibility, due diligence, value, taxation, investor reporting, or litigation, the entire sustainable, renewable and green energy community, including property owners, developers, installers, manufacturers, lenders, accountants, attorneys and governments will know where to go for help.”
