Hansa Marketing Services USA, Inc. Hires Marketing Gurus

Roy Wollen and Rudy Nadilo, two marketing experts specializing in database analytics and marketing communications respectively, have joined Hansa Marketing Services.

Chicago, IL, July 17, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Hansa Marketing Services USA, announced today that Roy Wollen and Rudy Nadilo, two marketing experts specializing in database analytics and marketing communications respectively, have joined the company. Wollen will head the Customer Engagement and Advanced Data Analytics Services, which offers advice and programs on how to improve direct and interactive marketing by understanding customers. Nadilo will serve as the head of the Marketing Communication Services and is responsible for business development of the group’s advertising, desk top publishing, multi-media, digital marketing, search engine optimization and interactive services. They will report to President, Jeff Stewart.

Wollen has led some of the top direct marketers in the country across industries, particularly in e-commerce, multi-channel retail, financial services and non-profit. Noteworthy clients include Conde Nast, Polo Ralph Lauren, Home Depot, Navistar, Orbitz, and DoubleClick Performics.

Prior to 2005, Wollen had been with Direct Marketing Technology and its parent company Experian for 13 years. He has also been on the client side, working for Bloomingdale's and Hewlett-Packard in their direct marketing division. In addition, Roy worked for Ogilvy & Mather. He is also an adjunct professor at DePaul University and has authored a book on database marketing, as well as being active in several direct marketing trade associations, such as the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and Chicago Association of Direct Marketing (CADM), where he is a board member.

Nadilo’s career spans marketing research, packaged goods, advertising and product management. During his 30-year career, Nadilo has served as CEO, marketing director, technologist, motivator and turnaround expert, as well as the sales “force” behind the sales teams where he has been engaged. As CEO of Greenfield Online, Inc., Nadilo brought technology to bear on marketing research through pioneering use of the Internet. As Sr. VP of marketing at Information Resources, he built the companies first marketing department.

He has held management positions at Dancer, Fitzgerald, Sample Advertising, Inc., Richardson-Vicks, Inc. and J. Walter Thompson Advertising. He is viewed as an expert in online marketing research, consumer panel behavioral information, database marketing, the use of retail scanner information to support the marketing services industry, and the application of computer technology in these fields.
