Blue Sky Agency Continues to Grow Television Business in Down Economy

Advertising agency adds Elizabeth Chunn to manage network television marketing unit, which has experienced a 34 percent increase despite the economic climate.

Atlanta, GA, July 17, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Blue Sky has seen a 34% increase in its television marketing division even in this difficult economic climate and has added Elizabeth Chunn to the agency’s staff. Chunn will serve as an Account Director, responsible for managing the agency’s growing network clientele, which includes Turner Broadcasting, National Geographic Channel, The Weather Channel, Lifetime and Gospel Music Channel. Chunn brings more than 12 years of cable marketing experience to the agency’s cable unit.

“Elizabeth brings a unique perspective to the agency having worked at both large and small cable networks, as well as on the operator side,” said Blue Sky president Rob Farinella. “Her experience and insights are sure to add great value to our work and our client’s businesses.”

Most recently, Chunn served as Director of Marketing and Promotions for the corporate Media Sales Division of Time Warner Cable in New York City. She also acted as the New York City Chapter Board President for Women in Cable and Telecommunications. Prior to her time at Time Warner Cable, Chunn spent two years as the Director of Affiliate Advertising Sales for Oxygen Media. She began her career with Turner Broadcasting, working her way up the ranks, and eventually planning and overseeing trade promotions and initiatives for all of the Turner networks as the Director of Local Advertising Sales.
