Clearwater, FL, July 17, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Dr. David Minkoff (http://www.drminkoff.com), alternative healthcare expert and educator, releases his Heavy Metal Detox (http://www.bodyhealth.com/html/metalfree/35.asp) teleconference dates for August and September 2009. The no-cost Heavy Metal Detox lectures are from Dr. Minkoff’s “Aspects of Achieving Optimum Health” seminar series and are tailored to healthcare practitioners.
The full title of the teleconference is “How to Handle the Heavy Metal Toxic Patient from Diagnosis to Treatment” which can be by healthcare practitioners on August 5, August 19, September 2, or September 16, 2009 at 12 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
“More and more patients are presenting with unexplained symptoms and they are not responding to treatment. For many practitioners the question then becomes ‘what to do and how do I do it?’ says Dr. David Minkoff, MD. “This call will present a step-by-step approach to locating, diagnosing and treating the heavy metal toxic patient which includes a heavy metal detox.”
Dr. Minkoff defines optimum health as follows, “Optimum Health: A person whose body is in excellent condition, with plentiful energy and freedom from pain. The body of a person with optimum health should be able to deal with routine environmental stressors without breaking down, and should be able to recover quickly after physical insults. It should allow a person trouble-free performance so that he or she can enjoy the maximum lifespan of his or her genetic endowment."
It is from his belief that optimum health can be achieved and his commitment to helping others live long, productive lives that motivates. Dr. Minkoff to deliver his “Aspects of Achieving Optimum Health” lecture series.
Dr. David Minkoff (http://www.drminkoff.com) authors the Optimum Health Newsletter as well as the BodyHealth Fitness Newsletter. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Medical School in 1974 and was elected to the “Phi Beta Kappa” of medical schools, the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Medical Fraternity for very high academic achievement. He then worked as an attending physician in infectious disease while conducting original research on Ribaviron (a broad spectrum anti-viral agent to fight disease), co-directed a neo-natal intensive care unit and worked in emergency medicine until 1995. At that time, his wife became sick with an illness no physician could diagnose. Not accepting an uncertain prognosis, Dr. Minkoff went on a search to help her that led him out of emergency medicine into alternative medicine. As a result of his advanced studies, his wife is now in good health and enjoying racing in triathlons.
