This series is part of GlobeRiders’ highly acclaimed documentary programs covering international motorcycle travel adventures.
GlobeRiders IndoChina Expedition follows an adventure by motorcycle across Southeast Asia with riders Helge Pedersen (Shoreline, WA) and Chris Poland (Seattle, WA). Crossing boundaries in culture, politics and geography, the riders struggle with extreme road conditions, breakdowns, accidents, fatigue and politics. From dense urban jungles of Saigon, Hanoi and Bangkok to remote hill tribe villages in Northern Vietnam, this series documents a journey of discovery, challenge and endurance.
The entire 8,000 mile, 71 day journey was filmed in High Definition (HD) widescreen video by award winning videographer Sterling Noren of Wide World HD Productions. The riders traveled through 6 countries including Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. The 100 minute DVD documentary and 6-part television series is the result of over 12 months post production editing at Wide World HD Productions.
The Videographer Awards is an international awards program directed by communications professionals to honor talented individuals and companies in the video production field.
