Phoenix, AZ, July 23, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Valley Micro-Agency to promote the enjoyment of Micro-Brews for new client
The Great Arizona Beer Festival.

On a mission to help the Valley wash away the “Blues” of the current economic doldrums, public relations and communications boutique firm Breaking Gravity (www.breakinggravity.com) announces its newest client The Great Arizona Beer Festival (www.azbeer.com). The agency has contracted with the popular 22-year-old festival to provide media relations, social media and other marketing services for the organization’s 2010 Great Arizona Beer Festival event in Tempe, March 6th and 7th, benefiting Sun Sounds of Arizona (http://sunsounds.org).

“We are thrilled to have been chosen to represent such a great event, which also benefits a very worthwhile cause in our state,” says Breaking Gravity owner Colleen O’Donnell Pierce. “We’re looking forward to a rewarding, productive partnership, boosting the ‘fun factor’ this year, and casting an even wider net in promoting the festival.”

“Breaking Gravity impressed the Board of Directors with their proposal, giving confidence that we’ll enjoy even greater success and increased support for this reading service for people who are visually impaired,” says Sun Sounds of Arizona Development Director David Noble.

The account team consists of O’Donnell Pierce, Brandye Billiter (Be Heard PR) and Molly Costa (Be Heard PR).

As the premier craft brew event in the Southwest, The Great Arizona Beer Festival features upwards of 200 different craft and specialty beers each year, and boasts annual attendance of 7,000-10,000 aficionados over the two-day celebration, dedicated to the art and enjoyment of craft beer.

The Tempe festival, along with sister festivals Made in the Shade Beer Tasting Festival in Flagstaff and the Great Tucson Beer Festival, is the primary fund raising event for Sun Sounds of Arizona, which provides free audio access to information for people across the Southwest who cannot read print because of a disability.
