Mr. Stanislaus brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with his 27 years in the asphalt construction industry. Previously, he spent 26 years in Operations, Training and Sales at Parking Area Maintenance in the central Florida region.

Ms. Beaudet-Smith brings with her over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing with the last seven years in the construction and home improvement industry. She holds a B.A. in Communications from University of South Florida and an M.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida.
