Mr. Dallas Hale Named to Ezenia! Inc. Board of Advisors

(OTC Bulletin Board: EZEN.OB), a leading provider of real time solutions for situation sensitive and mission critical applications in corporate, government and commercial networks, announced today that Mr. Dallas Hale has been appointed to the Ezenia Board of Advisors (BOA). The first meeting of the BOA was held on July 08th, 2009 in the Ezenia office facility located in Sterling, Virginia.
As President of Agile Edge Technology (AET) Consulting, Mr. Hale oversees all public and private consulting for AET’s Federal, Defense, Medical, and Technology services. He brings over 28 years of successful performance as a defense industry executive. Previously, Mr. Hale was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the DALCORP Advisory Group, Inc. Established by Mr. Hale in 1996 and sold in 2008, DALCORP is a successful advisory and consulting firm providing Federal, Defense and International Business Development services and support activities in several major Department of Defense (DoD) locations throughout the United States, Europe and the Middle East. Since 1982, Mr. Hale held senior executive positions with international corporations such as Wang Laboratories, BDM/TRW and Orbital Sciences, and had responsibilities to build and manage critical international corporate personnel and assets.
